Contact / Requests for Information or Quotes (Potential Clients)

  • Purpose: to respond to your message, prepare proposals/quotes and follow up on your request by electronic means (email and telephone, if provided).

  • Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1(b) GDPR).

  • Retention: for as long as necessary to deal with the request and, where applicable, for the legally required retention periods.

Client Management (Current Clients)

  • Purpose: to manage the contractual relationship, provision of services, invoicing and related operational communications.

  • Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6.1(b) GDPR).

  • Retention: for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the applicable statutory retention periods.

Email Communications

  • Legal basis: consent (analytics cookies).

  • Retention: according to the duration of the cookies and/or the provider’s settings.

4. Recipients and Data Processors

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

We may use service providers that process data on behalf of the controller in order to provide services and operate the website (for example, email services, forms and Google as an analytics provider, if cookies are accepted), under the corresponding data processing agreements.

5. International Data Transfers

As a general rule, service providers may process data from within the European Economic Area (EEA).
