Omnia
Omnia is a SaaS platform for property management designed to digitalise and optimise the day-to-day management of communities, property managers and owners. It is a complex tool with multiple functionalities and processes that needed to be communicated in a clear, visual and accessible way.
In this project, our work focused on the design and visual communication of the product, with particular attention to how to explain the tool, showcase its functionalities and improve user understanding through different formats.
We were responsible for the website design, working on its structure, information hierarchy and visual experience. From an aesthetic perspective, we developed different graphic elements to help organise the content and strengthen the product’s identity within a digital environment.
We designed a bespoke iconography system and a series of infographics, created to explain processes, workflows and functionalities in a clear and intuitive way, making software aimed at a wide range of user profiles easier to understand.
La dirección de arte de la web guió todo el desarrollo visual, asegurando coherencia entre interfaz, elementos gráficos y contenido. Como parte del proyecto, llevamos a cabo la grabación de producto y la fotografía de producto, generando material visual propio y alineado con la identidad del SaaS.
El proyecto incluyó también la creación de contenidos audiovisuales, como vídeos promocionales de la herramienta, vídeos formativos internos y un vídeo curso de formación, orientados tanto a la comunicación externa como a la capacitación de usuarios y equipos internos.
The result is a coherent, functional and well-structured collection of visual and audiovisual assets that makes it possible to explain a complex digital product in a clear and understandable way, reinforcing the perception of Omnia as a professional, accessible and user-focused tool.
The project is still in development, and we continue to collaborate actively on the visual evolution of the product and on defining new design solutions to support Omnia’s growth in the medium and long term.
